Called on Thursday and spoke to the manager who was very friendly and managed to book me an appointment for the next day.
Went in yesterday and had an appointment with Janet. From the moment I stepped in, to the minute I left, the experience was absolutely amazing!! Janet was the most lovely person and spoke to me about absolutely everything – it was more than just a sale; it was relationship building and I left feeling like I made a friend and well as a purchase.

For anyone who appreciates first class service, building a long-term and honest relationship with their watch AD (important when looking to purchase certain brands / models) and a team that are genuinely passionate about the products they work with, I couldn’t recommend Lyon’s highly enough. For someone who’s a watch enthusiast and had ‘varying’ experiences with other large well known retailers, I was keen to find an Authorised Dealer where you felt genuinely valued and Lyons certainly haven’t disappointed. Having been fortunate enough to make a few purchases special mentions have to go to Rush, James and Rob who’ve been outstanding. If you’re considering treating yourself, you’ll be in good hands with the team here.
