Shocking customer service. Walked in and there were 3 people working -and no other customers. I was clearly trying to look for something but none of the staff tried to help me or even acknowledged me. Two of them were talking to each other and another was sat on their phone. I eventually found what I was looking for and went to the tills, the woman serving didn’t even say hello and asked me if I got the item myself which was hilarious. She couldn’t be anymore incompetent or ignorant if she tried. She didn’t smile the whole time and when I had paid she didn’t even thank me and just went back to talking to her colleague.
Wouldn’t use this branch again!
Terrible customer service. Walked in and there seemed to be no one in there apart from an assistant showing something to a lady on the phone (not sure if she was a client). I approached her and she called someone in to help me, as there were actually three or more assistants chatting at the back of the counter. One of them helped me to try out the powder I was looking for but she clearly just wanted to get rid of me as quick as possible. I didn’t get it in the end as I started feeling very awkward being there. Very bad shopping experience for a supposedly luxury brand.
I went in a couple of weeks ago asking for some products that I could apply before I did a zoom presentation the next day. They really gave me great advice and spent their time explaining how I should apply the makeup. Excellent customer service.
