Excellent Staff here, as a courier working part-time I travel and see many a restaurant and their staff. I also see the behind the scenes processes. This location stands out to me. Excellent Staff who really have their game head on. Product is always excellent too. Many thanks guys (no pun, honestly)!❤️????
This has to be the worst 5 guys of the lot so far. Managed to take reasonable ingredients and urn them into a dogs dinner – literally (minus onions) Could not believe the food the first time it was so bad I wondered how as I stood and waited for 35 minutes for fast food that was lukewarm by the time I got outside – Could not run a line to save their lives – shocking team work and terrible communication – got the burger wrong and the drink with fries being a congealed ball stuck together. So thinking a one off bad day? Nope during the last year it actually got a lot worse. The Franchise really needs a retrain of staff and to learn how to cook a decent burger properly and not a burnt out dried out lump masquerading as one.
5 guys is a good place to go eat And have a laugh…

Burgers how they should be! Great big portion (2 patties) and even though I ordered small fries the portion was huge. They have a gluten free option where the wrap the burger in lettuce which was delicious! Unlimited toppings and sauces for free. Loved it!
