Croydon West Valley Hospital Comments

  1. Fantastic place, great service from people working here. Ladies at the reception are just brilliant, friendly and very helpful, and so is my physiotherapist Nicholas. Very professional, with great attitude towards work and patients, fantastic skills and knowledge. A specialist with the vocation. With his support I got from crutches to skipping rope within few months only and this is post major operation on my lower part of leg (as the consequence of an accident that put me in the wheelchair for several months some years ago).
Hospital offers many different services – I only used physio. It is very clean and tidy and quite. Maybe too quiet. I walked past this place many times and would never have guessed there is a hospital in this building until I was referred here and got an address on invitation letter.

  2. I saw Mr Kunasingam at the Croydon Day Hospital as an NHS patient, he was and continues to be very informative, thorough and understanding in his approach to my case. All of the staff (receptionists, radiographers and nurses) are also very polite and kind and the facilities are excellent.

  3. I saw Mr kunasingam who is an Orthopaedics Consultant at the Croydon Day Hospital. From the start of my initial consultation to my treatment he was very informative and reassuring. Such a wonderful team of hardworking professionals.(Nurses Radiologist Receptionist Physiotherapists ) all very caring and courteous. The Hospital was absolutely spotless. I was most impressed.

  4. A big thank you to all the staff at Croydon Day Hospital especially the orthopedic consultant Mr Kunasingam , despite visiting my GP numerous times I spent months walking around with 2 undetected fractured Metatarsal, On first visit to Mr Kunasingam I was sent for an MRI and fitted with an Air-cast Boot immediately. A very clean bright professional establishment.

  5. Excellent service, clean utilities and professional, this is the first time I had an ultrasound treatment that I was shared to look at screen and explained in details while scanning was taken place.
