I have eaten at Divines a number of times over the years, even previously when it was based in Progress Way Croydon. The food is always excellent – with a great variety, burgers, wraps, stir fry, meat balls, milkshakes, omelettes etc. Portions are filling, you certainly won’t leave hungry! Thanks Topi ! The place is always spotlessly clean.
Made an order for delivery, following chosing the items needed to be able continue with the order it was finally accepted.
Restaurant phoned to say we had chosen too many items but you cant choose less other wise you cannot add to basket. I tried to explain this to the woman on the phone and she became rude and aggressive. Being a customer experience manager in a major company I was shocked and said to the woman to cancel the order. She continued to shout down the phone at me and I was left with no option but to put the phone down.
Absolutely disgraceful service. Do not become aggressive when the fault your claiming is in fact your own. If the ordering cannot be set up properly online do not offer the service. Very poor.
