  1. Very happy got my refillable water bottle filled for free on platform 1 by lovely kind lady. Even added ice too. Keep topped up and hydrated with Starbucks stations ????????

  2. I regularly purchase coffee at this concession and I find the level of service excellent. Staff are warm, polite and courteous. They deserve much credit and are a nice antidote to Croydon’s harshness!????????

  4. I am sorry but this is a total shumble.
    Staff working there is the slowest, for the third time in a row I left without being able to buy anything. Although there were no customers, the ladies were doing other things.
    A few days ago I had enquired about something vegan to eat, and these ladies had no clue of what I was talking about.
    I am not sure what to say, except: TOTALLY NOT RECCOMENDED

  1. Can’t read just eat orders. Simple order: 2 cappuccinos. I only received 1 and staff not helpful at all. Poor service.

  2. Appreciate the staff offered me a mini size cup, absolutely with a good coffee. Amazing customer service. I do also think mini cups shall be available for every hot drinks, as other coffee shops does

  4. Very slow service and drink wasn’t overly great considering the cost! Think the staff could be more excitable too…
