I was seen by Julie Edwards in the 20th May 2019. She is an excellent worker. Very caring, patient, understanding and kind. I felt so comfortable speaking to her. She made me relax and she has so much knowledge about her job. She should be employee of the month or something. But her hard work and humility should be recognised. Not sure if you will see this Julie but thank you.
Incompetent. Please Croydon, employ staff who understand what is needed to set up account. Website and phone centre say one thing. You say another. Taking my money elsewhere.
I would not recommend this branch very poor customer services. Its same they work with there own system as different than other branches and staff very rude .
