Highly recommend, Professional in every way. I first went there when my tooth chipped (my own inattention) year ago because it’s close to where I live. Been patient since then. Sivy who I was assigned to explains everything in details, is very delicate and considerate to the patient’s convenience. I am fully impressed. Reception ladies (Desiree and Julie) are extremely nice and will try to set all visits (dental checks and cleanings etc.) the most convenient way possible.
I have been a patient for more years than I care to recall. Originally in their practice in the Whitgift Centre and latterly in their purpose built practice in Chatsworth road.
Due to my own failures in dental care I have had many extensive treatments and can honestly say that all treatments are administered painlessly and with great care.
All staff are highly professional and always friendly. If you are nervous about visiting a dentist this is the place to go.
Have had a very warm welcome experience. Staff are very professional and friendly. My appointment was on time. My dentist was very good and explained things in details honestly and reasonably for what need to be done. On the budget side, I am also surprise that even though it is private (I was told before booking the appointment), the prices are just only a bit more and not that scary compare with NSH. If you are not sure, ask them first. Really happy, I will take my wife to this dental pratice.
