Returning to great beer, food, surroundings and garden, exceptionally well managed for Covid issues. Now connected to NHS when registering / signing in. I enjoyed food today in quiet garden.
The barkeeper said he kept a good cellar. We had just drank 7 pints in a glorious celibration of two years without a pint at the builders between the two of us. The beer has been up and down over 47 years. It is very much at the top of it range.
So we are looking forward to when the kitchen opens for tables in side.
He was 200% right.
A brilliant pub with great staff, beer and food You can even watch sport in the garden.
First time in this pub , had a wonderful night , Staff are very friendly , locals are too all in all a really great place to be, indoor and outdoor dining at the minute tho there is no dining due to covid rules but they hope to be up and running with meals again in the next few weeks

I love this place, so cozy, friendly and intimate. If you want to live the real, classic, English pub atmosphere, this is the place. Top!
