Croydon Royal Cars Comments

  1. Absolutely Bloody Useless. Ordered cab day before for a specific time and had not turned up after 6 minutes. Needed to be at my destination by 10.05am and they said it would be there in 7-10 minutes and had booked it for 10.00am!!!
    If you want to order a cab which will be late, book with someone who cant understand you and fails to understand the fundermental simple thing of telling the time!!!!… Then fill your boots!!!
    Worst cab experience ever and will never use again and will say avoid like the plague!!!!

  3. Taxi was late.
    Driver made no effort to help my elderly mother.We had to put our own cases in the back.we were dropped at the bottom of box park having to walk to the station in the rain.He did not help to take the case out.most unsatisfactory.

  4. Dont use this Company. One star is far too generous for no service. Booked in advance for 1st January 2019 to be picked up at 1.10 am. Thirteen minutes before pick up received a text at 0.57 saying that the booking has been cancelled due to shortage of drivers!. I do not trust or would not use this company again.
