After waiting for 5 minutes just to be served because employees were more interested in something on there phones than serving more than 1 customer at a time I ended up giving up

Tea had too much water and not enough milk. Tea was not decent enough for me.
I for one understand the long wait….10m for 2 fresh hot pretzels is fine.

While the food is nice, the lady working there is extremely condescending and rude. After asking a simple question about the pretzels, she replied mockingly. I will not be buying from here again if the customer service remains this way
