Nice store shame about the parking fine I received after a recent visit. In the current climate we are all very limited as to what we can do and where we can go, I decided to met a friend for a socially distant walk round the store and the range, we both had no ideas there was a time limit on parking. We have both been served with fine for £40 each; this needs to be address by both stores what with having to queue then shop I can only see this a a money making excerise, which I feel is unfair on your shoppers, hasn’t 2020 been bad enough…
I used this store few times and they have been reasonably ok but this time i have been very unhappy. I placed an online order and went to pick it up on Saturday the 27-03-2021. The staff member at the door took my order number and went to search for it. She came back saying that the order is not were is suppose to be. She offered to look for it and said it can take a long time or she would give me a call later to let me know. As i was not given a specific time and also had no time to wait i chose to leave and wait for the phone call. Now being Sunday and almost the trading day with 2 hours to close still waiting for that phone call. I find this poor customer service not at least getting back to me. If the order is lost that is not the end of the world and would had been replaced but the communication is very poor.

They have a good clothing sale when the sales are on so you can pick up a very good bargain
