Unprofessional from start to finish. Don’t use this practice at any cost, From the receptionist to the actual dentist very very poor service. The receptionist is on a power trip. This is the first time I’ve used this surgery very disappointed. They gave me a form to fill out due to COVID-19 the form has been photocopied and it’s so badly printed I can’t even read what is written on it and I was just told to sign it.
If you need to wait to use a different surgery do so don’t waste your time and money with this one.

Was not happy with treatment from receptionist. Even when I told her, no empathy and no patience at all. Think a new one would make this practice a dream.
The dentists are very good. I see the lady dentist. She never makes you have unecessary treatment, like I have felt some dentists in other clinics have tried to do.
My children saw her and another male one. They were patient and kind to my kids.
I hope they do something about the telephone manner of the receptionist. It can be very off putting when you are in pain and have not slept in days and she is just rolling out dates and times with no time to think and then tell you to get off the line. Maybe if she handled the call properly things would run smoother. Also, she rushes you when you have been on the line for only 30sec to a minute. I this day we need more kindness, especially for those suffering with health problems. A vulnerable person would not be able to handle the receptionist and that makes me sad and concerned. Luckily I am able to speak up for myself.
Extremely helpful and caring dental practice
Dentist George is amazing as well as his dental nurses. The receptionists are always at hand to help or support you. Felt very safe during covid as they have implemented all safety measures.
