Croydon Ikea Croydon Comments

  1. It’s probably the cheapest store in England, because it’s really cheap compared to other places. I bought a few things and they are all good quality products with a good feeling of quality to use. Of course, when the foyati is good, people are happy. It’s just far from where I am, but there’s nothing they can do about it. I didn’t like it anyway, now I love its products and designs even more.

  2. Visited after a long period. Ample parking. Not very crowded. Love the maze like trip taking you through different departments. Ended with a tasty hot dog. Live the menu in restaurant. The tall chimneys are iconic.

  3. A very large IKEA and well stocked. It has everything you could want. Visited at 6pm Friday and I wouldn’t want it any busier than that.

  4. Fantastic experience. Parking was a dream ,staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone was adhering to socal distancing and wearing face masks. All in all a great shopping experience.

  5. Great shop but there are many things that need improvement such as more people on the tills and better display of pricing. Also, many items say “to contact staff for purchasing” which you do only to be told that it’s out of stock.
Out of stock items should be removed from display or covered at least. Pros are that there are lots of great items, food options upstairs are good with lots of variety (not so much downstairs). Toilets are clean with baby changing facilities. Huge car park so you’ll always find parking.

  6. As far as Ikeas go, this was fine. Definitely not enough staff on the tills as the queue took me as long as my browsing. The queue for hot food after was just as long again so didn’t bother. More staff on the tills would have made this a 5 star review but my time was doubled as a result so will have to see next time if it was just bad timing

  7. Love Ikea! Variety of things there and a great deal of stock. You have to book a table in advance if you want to go to the restaurant. Love the candles section there. Everything is reasonably priced – I hope Brexit won’t affect that and the import too much!
