” GRANT ” was pleasant, accommodating and genuinely helpful to us customers waiting in our queue. I hope that other staffs (that i knew who are RUDE) will follow his example dealing customers.
I also commend the good, helpful , friendly, patiently supportive staffs (as always) who are AMAN, NEETA & HANA.

A very rude member of staff wearing a hoodie (is that the dress code in the bank?) at the door navigating the customers. Extremely underimpressed.
Had a very pleasant experience visiting this branch. Came to register a power of attorney and a staff member called Mehul assisted me. Not only was he able to solve my matter, he did so professionally and with efficiency. The whole branch and cashier staff are always so helpful and kind.
If I could give zero stars i would. Terrible service and to match the attitude of staff. Who wants a bank clerk in ripped jeans and boots. Stroppy attitude from your man at the desk (Dan) more concerned about his ego than helping
Fancy looking branch yet the worst customer service ever, we travelled very far to stay in a queue for ages yet no one made any effort to help us, staff just stood inside talk and laugh between each other, used their mobile whilse customers stood outside eagerly await. It was even difficult to tell apart staff members and customers since the new bank staff attire seem to be LEATHER MINI SKIRT, RIPPED JEANS and TRAINERS. we were told they were busy so we had to wait outside for speak to someone, yet they just sat there doing nothing, they may as well close that purposeless branch as well.
