Had a lovely experience here. Very friendly and welcoming staff at the door, but not intimidating or in your face. The sofas are all lovely and well displayed. We actually bought our sofa that very day, and had a great salesman that helped us from start to finish, was very friendly and funny and we walked away very happy. Absolutely would recommend Furniture Village Croydon for others looking to buy a new sofa.
Astonishing, helpful and caring environment to go seeking for furniture. I was served by a lovely woman called Shanta, who helped me to not only identify what bed I wanted but also facilitated me in understand other aspects of the purchase, I had no previous knowledge of. She was also very lively, charismatic and enthusiastic, so furniture village is definitely my go-to, and would highly recommend.
Went in to buy a cover for our double bed to increase the comfort. Met Mrs Foster who gave me all the information on the options. Very please with the helpful service. Liked the offer of coffee and biscuits.
