My boy friend who hasn’t been to a dentist for 3 years with badly stained teeth came back home with a crystal white smile. He was sooooo happy to have his teeth cleaned and fixed, which he was told by other dentists that they won’t be able to deal with.
Being recommended Dental Solutions by him, I had a very pleasant time today with Dr Steven, who was very kind and caring. I don’t think I’d go back to my old dentist anymore, he’s my favorite practitioner now!
The staff are very kind and welcoming as well. The facility was kept hygienic that I felt pretty safe during Covid. Overall, we would recommend this dentist 10/10!!

I wish I could rate it minus. The most horrible dentist place on earth. Greedy zombies! When I booked my appointment about 2 weeks ago I made sure they accept NHS patients. I work full time and I confirmed they will accept NHS patient/prices because we know private prices are so high and they increased them since covid. Today I arrived in the office 4 minute late because there was no sign on the door that there is a dentist. Anyway receptionist who was running around like headless chicken asked me to wait after filling in the form. She told everyone we are sorry Dr Dacosta is running late today. then Dr Steve Dacosta called me in and asked if I was lost. I said excuse me? He said you are late. I said I have been waiting for 10 minutes now. He said I will just take your history today. I asked how long is the appointment he said 30 minute. Back and forth, he was rushing to finish but also asking me same questions again and again. He then told me I need to book another appointment with the owner of the clinic because he cannot take NHS patients. I asked him why am I booked with him then and why they confirmed it so many times that they accept NHS patients. He said currently the demand is high so no one does NHS patients. When I questioned why I was booked with him, he then said my wife got diagnosed with cancer so I cannot do your treatment I will not be here. Ok I’m sorry for your wife but why not cancel this appointment and not make me do same appointment twice.
Then at the reception I was told I have to wait 2 months for NHS appointment or pay privately. So they are scam, fraudulent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE people! She just said: You don’t have to pay for this appointment. I said that’s not it I took time off of work I waited 2 weeks in pain and you are telling me you don’t accept NHS patients now. Why not tell me on the phone? She said it was the other receptionist. Well is not other receptionist talking on behalf of this place? I was so disappointed and frustrated I couldn’t believe how this people treat NHS patients.
All of them are not trying to cash on and use covid to rip as off with private prices.
And the worst thing they are not being open about it, they try to trap you and play mind games. He changed his reasons so many times in 5 minute I felt sick. Disgusting sickening experience. I will make further complains.
I cannot thank the team at Dental Solutions enough! Especially Dr Dacosta, his nurse assistant and the reception team. I was in a lot of pain and they received me on the day and were so patient with me as I am very anxious when it comes to dental treatment. Thank you so much to all of the team!
