Well… I left the car. Asked the staff if I could leave the car with them. They told me to come in an hour. I came. They had not started with the car. I first thought I locked it. Nothing like that. Keys inside and car unlocked. Owner first say his man had to go for a break. Not true. He was already cleaning the car after me. Clearly they forgot. I explained they could manage customers expectations better. Owner asked me to leave. I mentioned I will give a bad review. He then decided to water spray the car inside! Had to call the police. To make things worst he then claimed I was racially abuse! Far from the truth. Likely I have a witness.

Went here a few days ago to get the gold service clean. Left my iPhone aux lead connected to the main aux lead in the car and when I returned to my car once it was done the iPhone adapter was missing. Checked all over the car & couldn’t find it. Asked the owners sister if anyone had seen it or if it had got vacuumed by mistake & if they could check inside their vacuum to be told it wasn’t there, she insulted my car, patronised me & started hyping up. Long story short, surprise surprise the adapter was in the vacuum. No apology from her, just attitude however I will say the other staff were very kind and apologetic. Won’t be coming back there again. It’s a shame cause the actual owner is really nice.
