Obi is very thorough and takes time to clearly explain everything so I feel reassured when we bring our cats to see him and never feel like we are treated as just another patient despite his back to back schedule.
The reception staff are always very polite and helpful and the nurses are always great too.
I have no cause for complaint other than the waiting areas having nowhere separate for cats and dogs as our cats are always very nervous.
From the Receptionist to the Veterinarian, super high level of both Professionalism and friendliness are exhibited from the staff. Every time I have an issue or a query regarding my pets health or travel or any other question, it always gets answered in a comforting way with a clear explanation backed with knowledge. I love this Vet, genuinely feels like they care about you and your Pet and from experience always attend or answer your calls with a lightning smile/voice. I do not remember the receptionist name but I’m sure you would know who it is once you get there or call,wonderful lady. The Veterinarian who usually attend me I believe is called “Blick”.

Made an appointment after speaking with a member of the reception team, who said the appointment would be included in the package I had. When I arrived with my 3 pets I was told a charge would be applicable per animal. No apology was given. Poor communication between the team but I was the only one inconvenienced. Shame, as I have heard wonderful things about this practice.
