  1. Tried to deposit money but the lady wants me to go at the end of the long queue although I have Sunflower lanyard and Face mask exempt with Disabled ID showing I cannot queue due to my asthma plus I am on mobility scooter. She said there’s no exemption. Although I have my disabled ID showing all my disabilities. ????????????

  2. My wife went to this branch during her lunch break (only 30 min) to verify her identity as we are applying for a mortgage. She had her nhs lanyard, frontlines worker might I add, but they did not allow her to jump the queue, even though there were people just walking in without any questions. After waiting for an eternity, she managed to get inside the branch and was directed upstairs to ANOTHER queue. The total wait time was over 2hrs 30mins just to show staff her passport and proof of address. No refreshments, no seat offered. Nothing. Not even a thank you for choosing our mortgage product.
    Once our mortgage is up for review, we’re taking our hard earned cash elsewhere. See you, it was a crime knowing you, Barclays.

  4. They used to have a separate counter for business account holders, used to do better service for business people but not anymore, they become greedier the bigger,richer bank they are…
