Ordered a Curver 50 litre Deco Pedal Bin online and collected from the store. When I brought the dustbin home I was very disappointed that it was wonky on one side and did not closed properly. I took the bin to the store and requested a refund because there was none in stock. I ordered another one online and paid for next day delivery 01/05/21. I had notifications that it should be delivered from 7am – 9pm. We woke up before 7am and waited and had notifications that Yodel tried to deliver at 1.50pm no one was in and a card was left in the letter box. We were very disappointed and annoyed that there was no card left and Yodel did not deliver the goods and breached the Service Level Agreement. We spoke to Argos on the phone and was told that the bin would be delivered on Tuesday 04/05/21. We also spoke to a manger and said we could not wait until Tuesday and wanted the goods cancelled. We are very disappointed that Argos let us down. We had to buy a bin online from another company.
Booked online, went in and collected. Everything was ready. Not much interaction with staff so unable to comment on that service.
