Do not use this place! The main solicitor is ridiculous! It took her over 5 months to write up a will which I did not receive, she then said she had emailed to me even though she did not have my email address! After making appointments with her which she cancelled twice, she only wanted to speak with me in the reception area and without a mask! I pointed out some of the details were wrong and not according to my original instruction. She took umbridge and refused to continue doing the will. A complete and utter waste of time and a very horrible experience!!!!!
If youve done the smart thing and researched your solicitor firm – Do NOT go near this place. Woman who said she owns the gaff said her names Ms Vincent – sounded deranged and clueless. Seems she will charge whatever price on whatever days medicine shes taking – I ended up finding a cheaper solicitor for 300£ less for what I required getting done. It really is russian roullette with your cash, she comes across very greedy and totally inept in providing the advice.
