Very friendly pub , plenty of beer selection and very pleasant locals and staff.
Generally a nice feel all round.
This pub also has a squeaking in the breeze overhead pub sign, which adds atmosphere to any ale house.
New management have transformed the Clifton Arms into a great meeting place whether for football or just a pint with friends.
Staff are friendly and welcoming and keep the atmosphere in good order – safe and sociable – which is reflected in the greater number of both men and especially women who now regularly frequent the pub both during the day and in the evenings.
