beautiful hotel room, breakfast was a let down, hot water on shower only lasted less than 5 minutes
I loved the hotel stay. The rooms are compact but clean and properly managed. The staff is awesome and the breakfast served is also amazing. I love this hotel as it is located very close to the Railway Station and bus stops and trams can also be caught at walking distance. Love it.
Hotel stay was great, room was clean & staff were nice.
However I accidentally left a work jacket in the room , I contacted the hotel the same day and they confirmed they had it. I arranged to collect but due to work could not get there, so I asked for them to post it. They then said they didn’t or couldn’t find the jacket. So 1 email and 4 phone calls later I am still without a jacket or a response.
Either someone has binned it ir took it home
Had a fab time with the Hamptons just round the corner from the station. Perfect location to see Croydon. Staff were great, Room was very clean and nice for the price, but for the noisy bed. I will surely visit again.
I was so flustered by the bicycle roundabout BUT KATIE sorted all of that out she stayed on the phone until I arrived. I was so frustrated. The greeting and service Katie gave was PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I’m a manager and I wish my team was like her … the 1st room wasn’t up to par BUT Katie sorted it out with ease …. I’m definitely staying here again and hope All staff are like Katie …
